General Agreement

Welcome to Apex Karting. By accessing our facility, participating in any race formats, or booking group events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These rules ensure a safe, fair, and high-speed adrenaline experience for all drivers on our indoor electric karting track.

Track Rules & Driver Safety

Safety is our paramount concern. The operation of high-performance electric karts requires strict adherence to all track protocols:

• All drivers must attend the mandatory safety briefing before entering the pit lane or operating an electric kart.
• Proper racing attire is required. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Helmets and safety gear provided must be worn securely at all times while in the kart.
• Aggressive driving, deliberate collisions, or ignoring flag signals from track marshals will result in immediate disqualification without a refund.
• Drivers must meet the minimum height and age requirements specified for our adult and junior electric karts.

Reservations & Event Bookings

When you plan your visit or schedule a corporate track day, the following booking conditions apply:

• Full payment or a designated deposit is required to secure group events and exclusive race formats.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for standard reservations and 7 days in advance for large group events to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• Late arrivals may lose their scheduled track time. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your designated race session to allow for check-in and safety briefings.
